1. MERV 16 HEPA Filters and anti-viral Ultraviolet Lights have been incorporated into the ducting of our three air-conditioning units so the air in our office is sanitized over 50 times per hour.
2. High-speed suction has been added to every Hygiene treatment room, and special intra-oral and extra-oral evacuation instruments have been added to our hygienists’ toolkit.
3. Our clinical team utilizes safer Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4. The lobby has been transformed into a screening area to allow two patients to be simultaneously screened at a proper social distance.
5. Our team has undergone intensive training on new sterilization and cleaning protocols, including fogging our clinical areas with a disinfectant mist.
6. Additional hand hygiene stations have been added throughout the office.
7. A well-choreographed plan has been implemented to ensure our patients and team members move through the office in a socially distanced manner.
8. Carpets in clinical areas were replaced with more easily cleaned hard-surface flooring.
